Biodiesel Manufacturing Plant

Complete turnkey biodiesel production plant utilizing continuous transesterification technology. Multi-feedstock design accepts vegetable oils, animal fats, and used cooking oil to produce ASTM D6751 / EN 14214 compliant B100 biodiesel.

Overview

Our Biodiesel Manufacturing Plants are delivered on a complete turnkey basis — from site survey and civil design, to equipment fabrication, installation, commissioning, and operator training. The plant employs a two-stage alkali-catalyzed transesterification process for maximum methyl ester yield (>98%). Integrated methanol recovery column reduces operating costs substantially.

Continuous or batch oil neutralization plant for removal of free fatty acids (FFA) from crude vegetable oils. Features a dynamic high-shear mixer for superior soap-stock formation and minimal neutral oil losses.

Overview

MAHIJA's neutralization plants use a precision high-shear dynamic mixer that ensures intimate contact between caustic soda solution and the oil, resulting in complete saponification of FFA with minimal emulsification. Achieves lowest neutral oil loss in the industry (typically <0.8% above theoretical).

Acid Degumming 5 – 300 TPD

Acid Degumming Plant

Standalone or integrated acid degumming plant for removal of phosphatides (gums) from crude vegetable oils using food-grade phosphoric acid and high-efficiency centrifugal separation.

Overview

Acid degumming converts non-hydratable phosphatides (NHP) into hydratable form for centrifugal removal. Uses precise phosphoric acid dosing (0.1–0.2% on oil) at 60–70°C. Reduces total phosphorous below 20 ppm. The separated lecithin-rich gums can be sold as a by-product.
